Transcription Factors that were significantly enriched in the BS in at least 2 of the following 3 comparisons (Tausta et al., 2014 - Section 4; Denton et al., 2016 - Slice 5; Denton et al., 2016 - Slice 4) and were higher or equal in the primordial husk tissue than primordial leaf tissue in Wang et al., 2013. Specifically: FP12 greater than or equal to HP12, or FP34 greater than or equal to HP34, and at least one of the preceding greater than 0.
